1. INTRODUCTION

This Subscription, Automatic Renewal, Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the purchase, renewal, cancellation, and refund of subscriptions and other eligible digital purchases made through the MandirPath mobile application (“App”).

The App is operated by Mandir Path Pvt. Ltd. (“MandirPath,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

This Policy applies to users accessing the App in the United States. It should be read together with the MandirPath Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

By purchasing a subscription, virtual coins, virtual bricks, or other digital products through the App, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the applicable purchase terms.

Nothing in this Policy excludes or limits any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable law.

2. DIGITAL PURCHASES

MandirPath may offer the following digital products and services, subject to availability:

a. Purchased virtual coins;

b. Virtual bricks;

c. Virtual products or experiences accessible within the App; and

d. Subscriptions providing access to specified features, content, or benefits, where offered.

The products, features, prices, subscription periods, and applicable conditions will be displayed in the App or the relevant purchase interface before the transaction is completed.

Virtual coins, bricks, and other virtual items are intended for use within the App. Unless expressly stated otherwise, they do not represent money, deposits, investments, or redeemable monetary balances and cannot be exchanged for cash, withdrawn, or transferred outside the App.

The precise rights associated with each purchase will be governed by the description presented at the time of purchase and the applicable provisions of the Terms & Conditions.

3. CANCELLATION OF VIRTUAL COINS, BRICKS AND OTHER DIGITAL PURCHASES

3.1. Virtual coins, virtual bricks, and other digital products may be made available for purchase through the App.

3.2. Once a purchase has been completed and the relevant digital item has been credited or made available, the transaction generally cannot be cancelled merely because the user has changed their mind or no longer wishes to use the item, subject to applicable law and the relevant platform's policies.

3.3. Users should review the description, price, quantity, applicable validity period, and intended use of a digital product before completing the purchase.

3.4. Where a purchase is made accidentally, duplicated, or otherwise disputed, users may submit a request through the applicable platform's refund process or contact MandirPath for assistance, as appropriate.

3.5. Nothing in this section excludes any refund, cancellation, or other remedy required under applicable consumer-protection law.

4. REFUND POLICY

4.1. General Rule

Except where a refund is required by applicable law, provided under the applicable platform's policies, or approved by MandirPath in accordance with its procedures, purchases of virtual coins, virtual bricks, virtual products, and subscriptions are generally non-refundable.

4.2. Completed Digital Purchases

Once virtual coins, bricks, or other digital products have been successfully delivered or credited to a user's account, the purchase will generally not be refunded solely because the user:

a. Changes their mind;

b. Decides not to use the purchased item;

c. Has unused coins or bricks remaining;

d. Does not access the App during the relevant period; or

e. Terminates or stops using their account.

These restrictions apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law and the relevant platform's rules.

4.3. Failed Transactions

If a payment is charged but the corresponding virtual product or subscription is not successfully delivered or activated, the user should contact the relevant platform or MandirPath's support team, as appropriate.

MandirPath will investigate reported failed transactions and take appropriate corrective action, which may include arranging delivery of the purchased item, coordinating a refund through the relevant platform, or providing another remedy where appropriate.

4.4. Duplicate Charges

If a user believes that the same purchase has been charged more than once, the user should report the transaction with the relevant payment details.

After verification, MandirPath or the relevant platform will address the duplicate charge in accordance with the applicable procedures and legal requirements.

4.5. Unauthorized Transactions

Users who believe that a transaction was unauthorized should promptly contact the relevant platform or payment provider and, where appropriate, MandirPath.

Requests will be assessed in accordance with applicable law, the platform's policies, and the circumstances of the transaction.

4.6. Legal Rights

Nothing in this Policy limits a user's statutory rights or prevents a refund or other remedy where required by applicable law.

4.7. Pujas, Sevas and Other Bookings

If a puja, seva, offering or other Booking is not performed, or if proof of performance is not shared within the timeline indicated for that Service and the failure is not remedied within a reasonable time after the user's complaint, the user may request that the Service be performed again or that the amount paid for that Booking be refunded, subject to applicable law. A Booking that has been performed as described is generally not refundable.

5. EXPIRATION OF VIRTUAL COINS AND BRICKS

5.1. Purchased virtual coins, reward coins, and virtual bricks may be subject to different validity periods and conditions.

5.2. The applicable validity period and expiration rules will be disclosed in the App, in the relevant purchase interface, or in the Terms & Conditions, as appropriate.

5.3. Users are responsible for reviewing the applicable validity period and using eligible virtual items before they expire.

5.4. Expired virtual items may become unavailable for use, subject to applicable law and the terms governing the relevant item.

5.5. Expiration of virtual items does not automatically entitle a user to a refund or replacement, except where required by applicable law or the relevant platform's policies.

5.6. MandirPath will not apply expiration terms in a manner that unlawfully deprives a user of rights attached to a purchase.

6. ACCOUNT CLOSURE AND UNUSED PURCHASES

6.1. Users who wish to stop using MandirPath may discontinue use of the App or request account deletion through the applicable account-management process.

6.2. Closing an account or deleting the App does not, by itself, cancel an active subscription or guarantee a refund.

6.3. The treatment of unused virtual coins, bricks, subscription benefits, and other digital items following account closure will be governed by the Terms & Conditions and the applicable purchase terms, subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. PROCESSING OF REFUNDS

8.1. Where a refund is approved or required, it will ordinarily be processed through the original payment channel, subject to the relevant platform's procedures.

8.2. The timing of a refund depends on the payment provider, the platform, the original payment method, and applicable processing requirements.

8.3. MandirPath cannot guarantee a particular refund-processing period where the transaction is administered by Apple, Google, or another third party.

8.4. Where MandirPath is responsible for resolving a verified delivery failure, it will take appropriate steps to address the issue in accordance with applicable law and the relevant platform's requirements.

9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

MandirPath may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in its products, subscription arrangements, business practices, platform requirements, or applicable law.

Where required by applicable law, MandirPath will provide notice of material changes or obtain additional consent.

The updated Policy will be made available through the App or another appropriate channel, together with its effective date.

10. APPLICABLE LAW AND CONSUMER RIGHTS

This Policy will be interpreted consistently with the MandirPath Terms & Conditions and applicable law.

Nothing in this Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or waive consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or waived under applicable federal or state law.
