Delete Account

Permanently delete your Mandirpath account and the data linked to it.

You can delete your account in the Mandirpath app at any time. If you no longer have the app, use this page instead.

How it works

1. Enter the email address or mobile number of your account.
2. Confirm it is you: open the link we email you, or enter the code we send by SMS. Nothing is deleted before this step.
3. Your account is deleted straight away, and we email you a confirmation if your account has an email.

What is deleted and what is kept

We delete your name, mobile number, email address, profile photo, uploaded files, mandirs, items, friends, devices, notifications and sign-in links. Records of purchases, donations and coin transactions are kept, no longer linked to your name, number or email, for the period tax and accounting law requires — the confirmation email states the period. Donation receipts are kept with your name removed. Past activity (such as pujas and sankalps) and gifts exchanged with other users are also kept, without your name.
